Our wellbeing champions

Our wellbeing champions look out for the wellbeing of our staff in a number of ways, whether that be through fun, relaxation, boosting positivity or making suggestions about looking after ourselves, encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.

They are representatives for all things wellbeing and are happy to chat to the team so they can support them with tailoring well-being initiatives in their local area.

They promote and encourage self-care, suggesting ways to remember to take breaks away from screens, arrange interesting/fun things to do outside of work for team bonding and socialising. They often organise wellbeing activities, social activities, and community initiatives such as a reverse advent foodbank donation for Christmas.

In November 2023 they were awarded a star award in recognition of the inspiring work they do.
